So my favorite part of the Golden Globes has already occurred which are the arrivals so I can see the dresses.
This is my fave.
I love how simple and elegant she looks with the minimal jewelry and I love her hair.
I actually liked these as well.
Now I usually am not a fan of a mermaid dress where the material changes at the knee but I loved this.
Another fave.
I think pulling off a long-sleeve dress at an awards show is hard but I loved this on Naomi Watts. I also liked Isla Fisher as well.
Every year I say I am going to be nice and that never works so I'll just be honest. In the hot mess category I would put Julianne Hough (seriously?!), Lucy Lui, Eva Longoria (why was she there anyway?) and Halle Berry.
But I have to say my least favorite was Emily Mortimer. I always think she's super cute in movies but seriously you are going to the Golden Globes and this is the best you can do? The hair is a mess, there are clearly a few undergarment issues and her scowl just isn't good. Also this is an example of where the long-sleeve dress doesn't work in the end.

Anne Hathaway was my favorite too...stunning! And that hair!! I just want to chop all mine off...but I won't because it is extra curly and instead of a cool do I would have a fro.
Claire Danes and Anne Hathaway for sure. They just looked stellar, classy, and elegant.
What did you think of McPhee's dress? WOW! She looked amazing, but I thought it was a bit too sensual. Maybe I'm just a prude.
I loved Claire Danes dress too. I really did not love Claire's eye makeup but I love that show so I was just glad they won everything. I think Katherine McPhee is the cutest thing ever but I did not LOVE the look but I didn't hate it. It was a little too revealing in too many ways. It just shouldn't have shown so much and I would have liked it.
