My Wish List

These are a few of the things I have asked for this Christmas.  I actually buy most of my own presents from my husband.  I love doing it because I get to selfishly shop for myself and not feel guilty and I get to do my most favorite thing, which is to shop.  It's a Christmas gift within a Christmas gift.  :)

Does anyone else shop for themselves for the holiday?  It's really fun particularly because I try to focus on things I would not normally buy myself and that I might not ask for.

These are the things that landed on my wish list and hopefully under my tree.

I am really back into cooking lately so I asked for these two cookbooks.  The What to Cook cookbook is really great so I can't wait to try it out.  I also asked for a handful of kitchen gadgets like the spatulas from Williams Sonoma, some new measuring cups and a corn nipper.  Every girl needs a corn nipper.  :)

I got an early Christmas present which was a new leather purse from J.Crew so I bought a J.Crew makeup pouch to go inside.  The one I bought is sold out online but it's almost like this one.

I really am into Philosophy products now.  I started using them a few months ago and my skin is completely different.  The texture is smoother and my skin is brighter.  I asked the Care Package which includes all of my favorites plus some lip balm.  I also really wanted to try the Ginzing Eye Cream from origins.  It has caffeine to make you look awake.  I am banking on that.  The Sabon hand cream is one of my all time faves.

The market pad was a cute find from Rifle Paper Co.

I also picked out a lot of faves from Anthro including the chevron picture frame, a keychain, some bowls and a few other faves.  Anthropologie really brought it this holiday season.

Finally I asked for the Design Sponge book.  I know I am a little late to that party but I have been eyeing it and I intended to buy it myself but once the holidays rolled around I thought it was a good gift idea.

What about you?  What is on your wish list?

Ha! I send my hubby a detailed wishlist with links and I budget everything out so as to get the most out of the limit we set for each other. I make it very easy for him. He sometimes gets a few extra goodies that he thinks I would like for surprises!
